A Recipe for Christmas Day – The Magic Baby Fried Rice Puree!

Servings: 1-2 baby portions (depending on serving size)

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup uncooked rice

– 1-2 teaspoon liver, boneless chicken, or turkey (choose one). Buy chicken or Turkey breast

– 1/4 cup peas and green beans

– 1/4 cup grated carrot

– 1 hard-boiled egg

– 1 ripe banana

– Clean water

– 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

1. Wash and parboil the rice.

2. Add the rice, chosen protein source (liver, boneless chicken, or turkey), carrot, peas, and green beans to a pot.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and cook until the food is soft and properly done.

4. Pour everything into a blender.

5. Add the hard-boiled egg and mashed banana.

6. Add clean water and blend to your desired consistency.

7. Add more water if needed.
